01 . The Challenge

NovaWorks Studio was expanding quickly but faced issues staying organized. Client details were spread across chats and spreadsheets, making tracking difficult. Their content planning process was also unstructured and time consuming.

They needed a unified system to manage clients, track progress, and plan social media posts efficiently. The goal was to simplify their workflow and help the team stay consistent.

02 . The Solution

I built a structured Notion workspace that included a detailed CRM and a content calendar. Their previous calendar was empty, and client details were scattered without a clear system. The new setup helped them organize contacts, track communication, and plan content all in one place. The CRM made it easy to follow up with clients, monitor project stages, and maintain clear records. The content calendar provided a visual plan for posts and deadlines, keeping the entire team aligned and consistent.
